Sky Clinic

As part of this project, our team took care of not only visual and graphical changes in line with changing trends but also improving the functionality and optimizing the architecture information of the site for SEO.

Strategy

A strategy workshop conducted in the FigJam app gave us the knowledge of:

Warsztat strategiczny to niezwykle ważny etap. Klient może podzielić się z nami swoją wizją na produkt, a my mamy szansę dokładnie zrozumieć wszystkie filary tego co tworzymy.
Rozmawiamy o użytkowniku, jego problemie i rozwiązaniu, jakim jest produkt.


  • Who are Sky Clinic users,
  • What their current purchasing process looks like,
  • What makes Sky Clinic different from the competition,
  • What doesn't work on the current site.

During the workshop phase, we gathered knowledge about the general environment of aesthetic medicine clinics in Poland and abroad, and key business insights. To get an accurate picture of their current situation and goals, we conducted a series of exercises and proposed a new information architecture for the site.

Competitor analysis

After an in-depth analysis of the competition, we were able to identify their strengths and weaknesses, giving us a better understanding of what features, services and style to deliver in order to stand out enough to attract customers and compete with other platforms.

The main conclusions of the competitive analysis:

  • Some of the competitors use serif fonts, but they are all from the suite of free and common ones.
  • Probably a good direction is to create a premium look, which will be sparing with colors and play mainly with well-designed typefaces and great quality photos.
  • It is probably a good idea to avoid the beige color in the background, because the main competitor has it.

UX/UI design

After analyzing the main paths of our users and creating a sitemap for the new site, we proceeded to sketch and prototype on low-detail mockups.

The next step was to create minimalistic, but different from the competition, graphics and branding elements for the brand. We decided on a noble serif font from the Grilli Type Font foundry for headlines and all call-to-action buttons, and a simple sans-serif Satoshi font for paragraphs.

User interface was an important matter to us. We wanted it to be easy to navigate, readable and understandable for Sky Clinic customers.
